14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal
- This is your first refund request for this subscription period
What's Covered
- Monthly subscription fees
- Annual subscription fees (prorated based on unused time)
- Plan upgrades within the refund window
What's NOT Covered
- Requests made after the 14-day window
- Accounts with evidence of abuse or fraudulent activity
- Multiple refund requests for the same subscription period
- Accounts that have been terminated for Terms of Service violations
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact Us
Send an email to support@testrush.app with:
- Your account email address
- Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
- Date of purchase
Step 2: Confirmation
We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day.
Step 3: Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
After Your Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your access to paid features will be immediately revoked
- Your data will remain available for 30 days in case you decide to return
- After 30 days, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact support@testrush.app first. We will work to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it, you may be eligible for a refund even outside the standard window.
Billing Errors
If you were charged in error (duplicate charges, wrong amount, etc.), contact us immediately. We will investigate and process a refund for any confirmed billing errors regardless of the refund window.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions:
- Within 14 days: Full refund
- After 14 days: No refund (you retain access for the remainder of the billing period)
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of requesting a refund through us:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback
- You may be prohibited from using the Service in the future
